Our formal MIssion Statement is simple. Our purpose is to provide education and legal resources to tenants who are facing eviction and seek to remain in their homes.

We help tenants take the necessary steps to either protect their home from eviction proceedings, or assert their due process rights to maintain continued possession of their residence for the time that the tenant needs to relocate or negotiate an Agreement with the landlord.

We offer our services to tenants across every County in California. However, the majority of the people that we help live in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego Counties.
